Do I have to have an account to purchase materials?

No you do not need to have an account with us; we can arrange payment by either card or BACS payment. Depending on your specific needs we can offer advice and support using our Quality Assured Contractor network, enabling us to provide a dedicated service fitting your project requirements.

What is the turnaround time of an order?

We understand the challenges our customers face when planning projects and facilitating site access and restrictions and for this reason we offer a range of options for the despatch of your order ranging from overnight deliveries to planned and timed despatches.

What is the deadline for placing orders?

For same day despatch our deadline is 12:00pm this covers overnight and 48 hour deliveries, charges may apply.

What are the delivery options?

We offer as standard a 48 hour delivery but can also offer overnight options with a range of timed requests and bespoke delivery options such as smaller vehicles for restricted access and tail lift and pallet truck to assist offloading.

Do I have to pay carriage?
